Appointments System
Following feedback from our recent patient survey and government initiatives, we are rationalising our appointments system. This makes it easier to book appointments ahead at times to suit patients. However, for urgent appointments on the day, all requests must be made by telephone. This means that (with your co-operation) all these requests can be managed on the day. We hope that this will do away with "the scrum" at our front door each morning.
In order to further improve the availability of appointments, we have increased the number of appointments that can be booked in advance.
The booking of appointments in advance can still be made in person at the desk.
Please note that URGENT same day appointments are no longer be available by turning up at Reception. All requests for these appointments should be made by telephone. All telephone calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
